- Each snapshot purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within one HighLevel agency account only.
- You may use the snapshot across all sub-accounts and users within your single agency, but not across multiple agencies.
- You may not resell, redistribute, copy, share, or transfer any snapshot, funnel, AI prompt, AI agent, or digital product to another agency, company, or third party without prior written authorization from the Company.
- Violation of this licensing rule may result in immediate termination of your access, legal action, and/or damages.
3. Refund Policy
- All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
- Exception for billing errors: If you believe you have been charged twice or charged incorrectly, you must notify us by email at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction.
- We will review your case, and if eligible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method only within 14 business days.
- Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction, misuse, or failure to implement the purchased product.
4. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the compatibility of our snapshots, funnels, AI tools, and other digital products with their HighLevel account or business needs before purchase.
- We are not responsible for misuse, improper setup, or failure to achieve specific results from our products.
