- The insured fills out a self-serve COI request form (certificate holder name, address, additional insured, project description)
- The request drops into your CRM with all the details captured up front
- A task fires to the producer, with reminder nudges so it doesn’t sit
- The producer issues the COI from your AMS and marks the task complete
- A confirmation goes back to the insured automatically
